BIOSTAR MICROTECH INT'L CORP., a professional manufacturer of motherboards, introduces BIOSTAR G41D3motherboard based on Intel G41 chipset with integrated X4500 graphics processor and the south bridge ICH7, designed to build multimedia systems for home and office.

BIOSTAR G41D3 Motherboards support popular multi-core Intel processors with LGA 775 socket, FSB 800/1066/1333 MHz and a maximum TDP up to 95 watts, including Core 2 Quad, Core 2 Duo, Pentium Dual-Core, Celeron Dual-Core and Celeron 400. There are two DDR3 DIMM slots on the board which support up to 8 GB Dual Channel RAM standard DDR3 SDRAM 1066/800 MHz, as well as the "overclocked" RAM 1333.

The integrated Intel X4500 graphics card supports DirectX 10, Pixel Shader 4.0 and up to 1759 MB of distributed memory and provides RGB video output with maximum resolution up to 2048 x 1536 @ 75 Hz. If the user would like to increase the performance of graphics system it is possible to use PCIe x16 slot.

BIOSTAR G41D3 has got a complete set of integrated controllers, slots and interfaces for the full operation as part of a modern desktop system. The board has two PCI slots, four SATA2 3Gb/ s ports (two SATA cables included), place for IDE storage, as well as six USB 2.0 ports.

High-quality audio is ensured by 6-channel Realtek ALC662, there is a LAN interface based on Realtek RTL8103EL for connecting to 10/100 Ethernet.

G41D3 board dimensions are 23,5 x 19,2 cm, which corresponds to the most popular Micro ATX form factor. Among the additional advantages of the BIOSTAR G41D3 motherboard there are also high quality solid electrolytic capacitors, a simple and quick firmware update technology - BIOS Flasher and BIOS Relife, as well as the full support Windows 7.
