June 4th, 2013, Taipei, Taiwan – Computex is Asia's largest high-tech event running from June 4th to the 8th in Taipei, Taiwan and BIOSTAR is showcasing their embedded/IPC solutions and graphics cards products as well as their line of Intel and AMD based motherboards in the Nangang Exhibition Hall at Booth M0402. The main focus of this year includes Intel's next generation Haswell based boards and AMD FM2 motherboards that support AMD's new Fusion "Richland" APU. Continuing the tradition of its own in-house audio technology called "Puro Hi-Fi Technology"; Biostar is also presenting the 2nd generation of Puro Hi-Fi technology – the "Hi-Fi 3D".

Hi-Fi 3D Technology is new from Biostar and enables high definition multi-dimensional sound where it matters the most with height, width, and depth in front of the listener. It's based on the physics of reproduced sound and the basic human perception of sound. The high resolution sound reproduction goes beyond existing sound enhancements or virtualization technologies.

For the Intel Haswell CPU family, Biostar is releasing a complete product line up that covers Z87, H87, and B85 chipsets. On the AMD side, there are also several Hi-Fi boards available. All these Hi-Fi series motherboards are designed specifically for audiophiles, HTPC enthusiasts and high-end gamers alike and that "these new products will deliver a new level of audio performance for a motherboard".
