If jumper JPE 1 ~ 9 set to Pin 1-2(default setting), motherboard will only work for PCI-E Slot 1.
PCI-E Slot 2 will work for Crossfire or other PCI-E cards.
It will need to set jumper JPE 1 ~ 9 to Pin 2-3, then PCI-E slot 2 will work.
In this configuration, both of PCI-E slot just work on 8X mode.
