By BIOS default, when system has 2G memory, VGA shared memory will set to 256MB.
However, you will be able to manaully set the VGA shared memory to 512MB.
Here is the setup location:
CMOS > North Bridge > GFX Configuration > Integrated Graphics > set to [Force] & UMA Frame Buffer Size > set to [512MB].
