If see the "iastor.sys" blue screen error message, then it is related to the SATA device or it's driver.
The hard drive data might formated in SATA IDE mode from previus system or motherboard.
However, Hi-Fi H87S3+ board's default SATA setting is set to AHCI mode.
So these two modes cannot compatible, then windows will give you the blue screen error during boot up.
You can go to BIOS and set SATA to [IDE mode], then it should fix the problem for you.
