This is an known issue for 3rd party's hardware monitor to show incorrect CPU voltage with GAMING Z170X motherboard.
This is due to 3rd party's hardware monitor cannot get the proper voltage reading from our IO.
Please use Biostar TOverclocker utility to test, it will show correct CPU voltage.
