Please follow the instruction here to check the USB 3.0 function on TA970 Plus.
1. Go to BIOS and load optimized default setting, then save and exit BIOS.
2. Boot to OS and re-install USB 3.0 driver from our website download page.

Windows 8 or 10 does not need to install USB 3.0 driver.
3. Open Device Manager and check USB device, see if there is an ASMedia USB 3.0 device.
If you don't see the ASMedia USB 3.0 in device manager, then the USB 3.0 controller might be damaged.
Please contact local shop or local dealer help you to double check it.
