Please follow the steps to setup the front panel microphone input.
1. Turn on the C-Media 3D Audio Configuration window.
2. Go to Mixer mode.
3. Click Microphone Utility.
4. Select the Rear-Panel Microphone + Front-Panel Microphone.
5. The front panel microphone will enable.
