June 7th, 2016, Taipei, Taiwan – BIOSTAR happily thanks everyone for making this year's COMPUTEX 2016 another success. During this year's COMPUTEX, BIOSTAR transformed its booth to a racing circuit treating those present to a thrill ride they will never forget as they take on the digital asphalt in BIOSTAR's custom-made gaming machines.
Alongside the racing machines, BIOSTAR has on-display its latest lineup of products from consumer, enterprise and industrial applications. On show were the latest motherboards and graphics cards as well as an upcoming mini PC concept.
COMPUTEX 2016 saw BIOSTAR debut their upcoming flagship motherboard for the RACING series. Alongside the existing lineup, the new BIOSTAR RACING Z170 GT8 concept has been unveiled featuring upgraded components and features, bring the RACING series to the next level.
The BIOSTAR RACING Z170 GT8 will feature for x16 PCI-e slots, a 10-phase power design, support for U.2 connector and features the signature RACING series technologies.
Also on display is the first mini-ITX addition to the RACING series family:the BIOSTAR RACING H170GTN.
One of the most eye-catching displays in BIOSTAR's booth is the new RACING P1 mini PC. At just barely the palm of your hand, this quad-core mini-PC packs some performance and is intended for those looking for a compact solution that has a striking look.
Along with the on-display products, visitors were treated to various booth activities including the racing experience, Q&A and a gaming challenge featuring VG professional gaming team.
A special activity starring the VG all-female gaming team was held at the BIOSTAR booth where they competed in League of Legends in a live match that went down at June 2 and June 3. Visitors were asked to participate and compete with the ladies. All these were broadcast live on BIOSTAR's Facebook page and Douyu.
BIOSTAR was most specially proud of its business and learning solution with their new tablet designed to be used in many scenarios integrating multiple features in its single, ruggedized body that can withstand shock that may be encountered in the workplace or on the field. The BIOSTAR tablets on show had built-in cameras, fingerprint scanner, and a credit card reader amongst others.
