Why my A58MD motherboard isntalled drivers properly, but no sound ouput from rear I/O shield?

There are two posibility for rear I/O shield no audio output.

First, you might use front audio cable for the audio output.

Second, the audio might goes to VGA card's HDMI port.

You might need to check these two places to let audio output work properly from rear I/O shield's audio port.

Where can I download AMD RAID Xpert software and how to use it?

You can find RAID drivers from AMD's website here. It's contain in AMD Chipset's SATA controller driver.

Will A68N-5000 support Dolby HD and DTS HD MA output through HDMI port?

Yes, both Dolby HD and DTS HD MA will support by motherboard's HDMI port.

Also it could support by add on VGA card's HDMI port if the HDMI is version 1.3 or higher.

However, it will need an external decoder for these two audio formats to work.

Will A68N-5000 support two memory modules on DDR3-1600 speed?

Due to AMD specification limitation, it will support only two single side memory for DDR3-1600 speed.

If you two double side memory modules, then system will lower the DDR3 speed to DDR3-1333 automatically.

I just assemble my system, but it will shut down automatically and CPU fan stop spinning. How do I resolve it?

If system shut down automatically, then this problem could cause by CPU over-heating.

Try go to BIOS menu by press [Delete] key when system boot up.

Then check CPU temperature is under or arround 50 degrees.

If CPU temperature is over 50 degress and going up, then this could be CPU over-heat problem.

For AMD model, try to check CPU fan locked properly to the CPU bracket.

Apply some thermal grease on the CPU die surface and use copper base CPU heatsink can reduce the chance for CPU over-heat.

For Intel model, try to check CPU fan locked properly to the 4 secure holes.

Try to refer user manual from Intel CPU for proper CPU fan installation process.

After proper CPU fan installation and apply thermal grease, system should running fine and boot up to OS.

If there is any problem, please contact local dealer or local shop for system check up.

Maybe there is something wrong with your installation.

Should I update my motherboard's BIOS to latest version?

If your motherboard is running okay with current BIOS verison, we do not recommand to update the BIOS.

Because there is a chance that update BIOS can cause BIOS data corrupt and system might not boot up properly.

If you do find compatible problem or need to support latest CPU on the market.

Update BIOS might be needed and please follow BIOS download page's pdf file or FAQ here for proper BIOS update procedure.

Why my A88MD cannot support DDR3-2400 speed?

A88MD will support DDR3-2400 speed by overclock the memory frequency.

If motherboard cannot boot up with DDR3-2400 speed, or system unstable.

Please try to change CPU or memory module on the system.

Because either CPU or memory module might not good enough for support DDR3-2400 speed.

J1800NH2 will show X mark on Windows system's speaker icon, how do I fix it?

Windows system will detect on-board speaker or head phone device.

When unplug it, system will show X mark on system's speaker icon.

To fix it, please open Realtek HD Audio Manager and check "Disable front audio jack detection".

Why my A58ML motherboard unable to boot up when use A4-4000 CPU?

Please update to latest version BIOS from our website for support AMD A4-4000 CPU.

Earlier BIOS version might not be able to support this CPU properly.

Please go to BIOS download area to get latest BIOS.
