Please follow these suggestion to check if motherboard cannot boot up properly.
1. Check 24 pin and 4 pin power cable connect properly on motherboard.
2. Clear CMOS for the motherboard to restore BIOS setting.
3. Insert VGA card. Some of CPU might not have build-in VGA support, so it might need VGA card to let system POST properly.
4. Remove and insert CPU to make CPU socket contact better. Check if CPU is listed in CPU support form from Biostar website.
5. Do not use memory module with different brand and speed mixed up. Change memory module see if it's memory support problem.
