A: We found that AMD did changed internal CPU PCB layers. It will let system auto to active the CPU Thermal Shutdown function when system keep working highest temperature environment. Here, we did provided a way about add Rubbers between CPU and onboard socket. More detail Rubbers install instruction by refer as below. Please be note, this is AMD changed their internal CPU product process. Not a motherboard or chipset issue.
1. Put one side of sticker near edge of socket
2. Apply sticker securely
3. Same on the bottom side
4. Remember, do not block any pin hole.
5. Finished, with CPU on top
Note: Some of the boards might have problem to put the CPU properly on the socket with rubber. So please double check the gap between CPU and rubber.
1. Find if there is gap between CPU base and rubber.
2. Press the CPU surface by finger then pull down the lever.
3. There should be no gap between CPU base and rubber.
