I am using Racing series motherboard and can not get POST what should I do?

1. If your Motherboard is included in following list you can follow the instruction to restore BIOS. (Z270GT9, Z270GT8, Z270GT6, Z270GT4, B250GT5, B250GT3, Z170GT7, H170GT3, B150ET3, B150GT3, B150GT5, )
2. Remove power cord from your PSU

3. Switch to the backup BIOS ROM using onboard BIOS switch

4. Reconnect power cord and boot up with backup BIOS ROM

How to restore a damaged BIOS ROM
1. Download the BIOS file from www.biostar.com.tw for the proper motherboard model.
2. Copy the BIOS file to a USB pen.
3. Power on motherboard with the undamaged BIOS ROM and press [F12] key during POST screen.
4. After POST screen, BIOS-FLASHER utility will pop out.
5. Switch to the damaged BIOS ROM using onboard BIOS switch.
6. Choose [fs0] to search for BIOS file.

7. Choose BIOS file from the USB flash (pen) drive, then press [Y] key to start BIOS update.

8. Press [Y] key to restart system after BIOS flash complete.

9. Finished.

How to simultaneously use front and rear audio jack for H110MH PRO D4?

Please follow below instruction:

1.Update your Realtek High definition Audio driver to the latest version

2. Click the document folder icon in Realtek HD Audio Manager, as below image and check both options,

3.Click Device Advanced Settings and select separate all input jacks as independent input devices

4. press OK and finished.

Why the front microphone on Racing P1 can not be used as a recording device after I installed Windows 10?

Answer: The front microphone should be functional under normal circumstance, However, some problems might appear due to inappropriate installation of drivers. Please follow below instruction if your microphone can not be detected in Windows 10.

Go to device manager and Uninstall [Intel SST Audio Device (WDM)]
Reboot your system manually and back to desktop [Note: do not reinstall audio driver, system will scan for correct driver automatically.
Microphone (Intel SST Audio Device (WDM)) should be detected and ready to use.

Why can't i use USB device(Pen driver/ DVDROM) to install Windows 7 on J3160NH?

Answer: This is because Braswell platform(J3160NH) only has USB 3.0 port and also Windows 7 OS CD doesn't bundle USB 3.0 driver.

You may follow below process to create Windows 7 OS image with USB 3.0 driver.

1. Download Windows tool from below link and unzip to a temporary folder on your system.

2. Connect the USB pen drive to the your system.

3. Right-click the file WindowsTool.exe and select Run as Administrator.

4. Choose the Source Path of the Windows 7 image file. From ISO file or DVD ROM.

5. Choose your USB Disk Volume and press "Start"to begin the creation process.

6. Wait for the process to finish. It might take up to 20 minutes.

7. Use the USB pen drive to install OS.

Can I use high end VGA card on N3150MP motherboard?

N3150MP will support PCI-E 16x v2.0 VGA cards.

Please double check with VGA card manufacture for VGA card to support PCI-E v2.0 specification.

Why my N3150NH motherboard only support DDR3L at 1066 MHz speed when use two 4G DDR3L modules?

Due to Intel specification limitation, when use two 4GB DDR3L module, memory speed will only support at 1066 MHz speed. If use one DDR3L module, then memory speed will support to 1600 MHz.

Will RACING Z170GT7 support XMP function?

Yes RACING Z170GT7 will support XMP function.

Highest memory speed can OC to 3200 MHz.

Will RACING Z170GT7 support Intel V5 Xeon CPU?

Currently only C232 or C236 chipset will be able to support Intel V5 Xeon CPU.

RACING Z170GT7 will not support it.

Why Z170GT7's chipset LED has different color then others?

Z170GT7's chipset LED work as CPU temperature display.

So it will stay at green color when CPU temperature running properly.

Why Z170GT GT touch panel's ECO and Sport button have no function?

For enable the ECO and Sport button on GT touch panel, please turn on RACING GT utility.

Then these two buttons will work properly.
