Why can't I install Windows7 32Bit on H110M-BTC?

If you want to install Windows7 32Bit on H110M-BTC, please follow the steps below.

1. Boot up your system, press [DEL] go to BIOS.

2. BIOS -> Chipset -> Mining Mode -> [Disabled].

3. BIOS -> Boot -> CSM Support -> [Enabled].

4. Press [F10], save the modification and exit.

5. After system reboot, you should now be able to install Windows7 32Bit.

How to support AMD FreeSync ?

First of all, please make sure the graphics card which you use support AMD FreeSync.

Next, please get to AMD website and see the FreeSync monitors support list to choose your monitor.

Here we use our VA5505RF41 graphics card with AOPEN 24HC1QR monitor.

After AMD driver installed, you can find the Radeon FreeSync option in the AMD Radeon settings.

How to use AMD RAIDXpert2 Configuration Utility?

1. Power on, press [DEL] goto BIOS.

2. Advanced -> SATA Configuration -> OnChip SATA Type -> [RAID].

3. Advanced -> CSM Configuration -> Storage -> [UEFI].

4. Press [F10], save the changes and reboot.

5. After reboot, go to BIOS again, RAIDXpert2 Configuration Utility option will show at the bottom of Advanced page.

6. RAIDXpert2 Configuration Utility -> Physical Disk Management ->Select Physical Disk Operations -> Inlitialize Disk

Enabled the disk you want to make array and select [OK].

7. RAIDXpert2 Configuration Utility -> Array Management -> Create Array -> Select Physical Disks

Enabled the disks that you want to make array and select [Apply Changes]

8. After finished the settings, select [ Create Array ].

9. Array has been successfully set.

Why can't I install On-Board VGA driver on B360MHD PRO2 when I use i5-9400 or i5-9600K CPU?

If you want to install On-Board VGA driver on B360MHD PRO2 with i5-9400 or i5-9600K CPU.

Please make sure your Windows 10 version is after 1703 version.

You can press [windows] + [R], key in winver to check it.

If your Windows 10 version is before 1703 version, please update it first.

Why am I saw below two security messages during install A10N-8800E WIN7 driver? Also,I found two yellow exclamation mark under System Device Manager.

How can you to fix the problem?
This is because Microsoft Windows 7 which not bundle it, so you can try to install the Microsoft HotFix KB3020369 and KB3125574 before install onboard Chipset and Graphics drivers.
Of course, if the action still not to fix, please try to run Windows 7 online Update to latest version.

Please ensure your board connect to network, first

If these hot fix still not to fix, please try to run Windows 7 online Update to latest version.

After that, then you will start to install onboard chipset and graphics driver.

Last, both of yellow Exclamation marks (AMD PSP 2.0 Device & AMD High Definition Audio Device) will disappears after follow above 4 method.

How to make RAID 0 array to install Windows 10 64 bit for TB350-BTC motherboard with two SATA HDD?

1. Press [Delete] key in POST screen go to BIOS > Advanced > SATA Configuration > OnChip SATA Type, set it to [RAID] mode.

2. Press [F10] key to Save Configuration and reset.

3. Press [Ctrl] + [R] to configure.

4. Choose "Delete Array(s)" press [INS] to select arrays and press [Enter] to delete all.

5. Press [C] to continue.

6. Choose Create Array.

7. Press [INS] to select Disks and press [Enter].

8. Press [Enter] to select RAID0.

9. Press [Enter] to Complete.

10. Select "Read / Write".

11. Press [C] to Confirm.

12. Choose Continue to Boot

13. After reboot, choose your flash drive to install Windows 10 at normally.

When install coming to the step like below illustration, click Load driver.

( Unzip and copy the folder to your flash drive.)

14. Click Browse.

15. Choose the driver folder.

16. Uncheck "Hide drivers that aren't compatible with this computer's hardware.

Choose all files and click "Next".

17. After driver loaded, the array will be detected.

How can I go to download BIOS file from Biostar website ?

1. Get to Biostar website : https://www.biostar.com.tw/app/en/index.php

2. Search the model on the upper right corner.

Ex: X470GT8

3. Select "X470GT8"

4. Click Download.

5. Select the BIOS file to download.

6. Then you can download the BIOS file.

Note: You can to use "F12" update BIOS.

Why my motherboard B350ET2 USB ports have power output after I set the Erp Control to Enable in the BIOS setting

For OS windows 10, please follow the steps below.

1. Enter to the Windows 10.

2. Click the right button on the Windows start and select the Power Options.

3. Select Additional power settings.

4.Select Choose what the power buttons do.

5. Select Change settings that are currently unavailable.

6. Cancel the tick from the option Turn on fast startup then Save change

7. Please reboot the system.

8. After reboot, at the next system shutdown it won't have any power from USB ports.

How to use BIOScreen utility to make custom logo?

1.Open the BIOScreen utility program.

2.Click Load image for input custom logo.

3.Choose LOGO.jpg file or .bmp file and utility will show preview on right side. Then click Open.

4. After load the LOGO, please click Transform button and wait for a moment for BIOS file transfer.

5. After transform Image finished, please press OK then click Update BIOS.

6. Click OK to update BIOS with custom logo.It will take a few minute for system to update BIOS. Do not turn off power or run other programs.

7. When update BIOS finish, please click OK and system will automatically restart.

8. You will see the custom logo on POST screen.

Note:

1. The picture's file must be .jpg or .bmp.

2. We recommend using a size image of size 800 x 600.

Why can't I get display when install a VGA card on Intel 300 series (H310/B360 Chipset) motherboards ?

First, please double check your VGA card whether support UEFI mode or follow the steps as below :

1. Turn OFF your system.

2. Remove the VGA card, then conntect your monitor into onboard VGA or DVI port.

3. Power ON your system, then press [Delete] key into BIOS Setup Menu (CMOS).

4. Select the option as Boot > CSM Support > change the option from [Disabled] to [Enabled].

5. Press F10 to Save configuration and reset.

6. Turn OFF your system, then install the VGA card.

7. Please connect your monitor into VGA card, then Power ON your system.

And it will work.
