Why I can't run 3Dmark2001 Benchmark properly with my NVIDIA RIVA128 ZX graphic card?

Please ensure your graphic card can support 3Dmark2001Benchmark. Based on Madionin given information, some of the graphic card's 3D Accelerators are too old to run the 3DMark2001. In order to run the 3DMark2001 smoothly, the system needs,

System Memory Min. Request for 128MB or above. (Unshared system RAM 128MB)
Video memory 16MB or above.
Direct X 8.0a or above.

Why does my system unable to find the new Microsoft SideWinder Force Back Pro joystick in Windows Millennium Edition?

How to download driver from Biostar website?

1. Click the Motherboard link on left side of main page.

2. Choose CPU type by clicking the pull down menu on top of motherboard page.

3. Click the the pull down menu on left side can also find the motherboard model.

Choose the motherboard model. For example, P4M900 Micro 775.

4. On top of motherboard spec can find the links to driver.

5. You can also download the user manual and BIOS from the link on top too.

How to use USB device to update AMI BIOS for my Biostar motherboard?

1. Download the BIOS file from www.biostar.com.tw for the proper model.

2. Copy the BIOS file into USB device, such like USB pen drive or USB HDD (not NTFS format).

3. Power on motherboard and press F12 key during POST screen.

4. After POST, it will show a menu for BIOS update.

Use the BIOS file on the list from left side to update.

6. It will wait a moment for system to load the BIOS file.

Press Y key to flash the BIOS and erase DMI data, then system will update the BIOS automatically.

After reboot, system will running with new BIOS you just updated.

Note: Do not turn off the system power during BIOS update.

How to update AWARD BIOS on Biostar motherboard?

[Note] The below update method unable to support a USB Flash drive. Only supported a Floppy Disk.

1.Download the latest BIOS file from the BIOSTAR website to a floppy disk.
2.Insert the disk that contains the newest BIOS file into the floppy drive.
3.Power ON the computer.
4.Press [DEL] key in POST screen to enter CMOS setup.
5.Select " Upgrade BIOS " item then press Enter, refer to Figure 1.

6.Press " Arrow Up/Down " key to choose BIOS file, refer to Figure 2.

7.Press [Enter] to load the BIOS from the floppy disk, refer to Figure 3.

8.At the prompt "Are you sure to flash (Y/N) ", press [Y] to flash BIOS or [N] to cancel the flashing process, refer to Figure 4.

9.After pressing [Y], the flash starts to process, refer to Figure 5.

10. A message " Flash done, Restart System (Y/N) " will appear if the system was successfully updated the BIOS, refer to Figure 6.

11.Press [Enter], then the flashing is done!

Why my TF560/520 A2+ motherboard cannot go to Windows after BIOS update?

This problem was caused by the DMI data not update properly when update to new BIOS.

Please follow the instruction to update DMI area for system for boot-up properly.

1. Go to CMOS Integrate Flashing Program and choose the BIOS file.

2. Press "Tab" key to go to Update DMI data.

3. Press "Page Down" key to select Yes for Update DMI data.

4. Press "Tab" key again to go back to BIOS file selection area, then press "Enter" key to update the BIOS. Follow the instruction on screen to finish the BIOS update procedure.

5. Reboot the system and it will update the DMI date after POST screen.

Why my ATI chipset motherboard will show .NET Framework warning message in Windows XP desktop screen?

New ATI VGA driver does not contain Microsoft .NET Framework.

So system will show warning message when log to Windows start up screen.

When see the warning message on Windows screen, please download the .NET Framework from following links.

How to install memory module on TPower X58?

Please refer the following pictures for memory slot configuration on TPower X58.

Orange slots will be primary channel for this motherboard.

If install only one module, please insert to first orange color slot (DDR3_A2).

For single channel memory support with two modules. (One orange slot and one white slot)

For dual channel memory support with two modules. (Two orange slots)

Three channel memory support with three modules. (Three orange slots)

Why my motherboard does not have display?

If you overclock the motherboard FSB or memory setting too much, it might cause system BIOS stop working.
You can refer user manual to clear CMOS to make system boot up again with default BIOS setting.
Or you might try to remove all components and power cable from system.
It could help system boot up properly again.
