Why my system can only support 2TB disk space for the 3TB hard drive?

Currently only UEFI BIOS motherboard (P67/H67/H61 chipset) with Windows 7/Vista 64 bit O.S. will be able to support 3TB hard drive in full 3TB size.

Why UEFI BIOS will auto go to CMOS setup screen even when error message showed up?

Due to UEFI BIOS coding, after POST screen error message showed 8 seconds, it will go to CMOS setup screen automatically. After load BIOS default setting(F3 key), the error message will not show on next boot up.

Why my H61/H67 system has unkown device when using PCI-E VGA card?

Due to PCI-E VGA card has HDMI output, so the on-board HDMI device will need to install the seperate driver for system to detect it properly.

Please download following driver for Windows XP OS to fix the HDMI audio device problem.

How to make AC97 front audio work on VIA VT1708 audio codec?

1. Update the latest audio driver for VIA codec.

2. For Windows XP system, Un-check the "Using Front Jack Detect" setting in VIA HD ADeck utility, then AC97's front audio will work properly.

3. For Windows 7 system, select the tool mark on left corner of VIA HD Audio Deck utility.

Then un-check "Enable front panel jack detection" and click OK.

AC97's front audio will work properly.

How do I make AC97 front panel audio to work?

AC-97 front panel audio doesn't support jack detection, so it will need to select "Disable front panel jack detection" under Realtek audio utility.

After select this function, AC97's front audio should works properly.

For Windows XP system:

For Windows 7 system:

Select folder picture on upper right corner of Realtek HD Audio Manager utility, then check "Disable front panel jack detection" and click OK to finish setting.

Which OS will UEFI BIOS be able to support?

The UEFI BIOS will only support Windows 7 64 Bit and Windows Vista 64 Bit O.S., other O.S will not be supported.

Will my H67 motherboard support 2560x1600 resolution display?

Here are the resolutions for H67 motherboard display output.

Disaply port will be able to support 2560x1600 resolution with 60 Hz.

HDMI and DVI port will support up to 1920*1200 resolution with 60 Hz.

D-Sub (analog) display will be able to support up to 2048*1536 resolution at 75 Hz.

Why it cannot install Windows 7 graphic driver for H67 motherboard under UEFI mode?

There is a Microsoft Windows 7 hotfix for H67 graphic driver install problem under UEFI mode.

Please install the hotfix BEFORE install H67 graphic driver.

Why my system running very slow when install Windows system by using Western Digital's hard drive?

If you are using WD EARS series hard drive (1TB, 1.5TB, 2TB size), please install WD Align software for it.

Because the new file structure of these WD hard drives are different than normal type, so it might cause delay transfer rate for install OS.
Please contact WD's website for more detail information and driver install process.
